We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and empathetic UGC Creator Success Manager to manage creator communication across our content pipeline.

This role is responsible for responding to creators, keeping communication professional and fast, and helping guide creators toward producing better-performing content. You should be comfortable balancing relationship management with operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound creator messages immediately
• Guide creators through the content process, expectations, revisions, and deadlines
• Help creators improve deliverables by giving clear, actionable feedback
• Coordinate with internal creative and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
• Follow up with creators on missing assets, revisions, agreements, and approvals
• Maintain strong creator relationships while enforcing standards and timelines
• Escalate issues proactively when creators are unresponsive or quality is below expectations
• Track creator communication and status updates in internal systems

Ideal Candidate

• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable managing a high volume of creator conversations
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently
• Understands UGC, short-form content, and creator workflows
• Can balance friendliness with accountability
• Experience working with creators, influencers, agencies, or customer support is a plus
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and creator ecosystems preferred
