Job Summary

Own the creator and UGC collaboration strategy to drive GMV, setting the creator mix, formats, cadence, budgets, and usage while coaching brands to build their own creator communities and optimize affiliate programs.

  • Creator Collaboration Strategy: define mix, formats, cadence, budget, and usage tied to GMV goals.
  • Creator Community Enablement: grow affiliate activation, creator relationships, incentives, and retention.
  • Data to Action: translate creator performance into decisions on assortment, promotions, timing, and tiering to improve results.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the brand's strategic advisor on paid and UGC collaboration.
  • Diagnose where brands are today and design an overall collaboration strategy, including: Creator mix, Formats, Cadence, Budget allocation, Usage strategy.
  • Tie recommendations directly to GMV goals.
  • Coach brands on building their own creator communities through: Affiliate activation, Creator relationships, Incentive and seeding programs, Retention strategies.
  • Translate performance data into actionable recommendations regarding: Assortment, Promotions, Bundles, Timing, Creator tiering.
  • Drive strategy adoption and renewals.
