Own and scale the creator growth engine from recruitment to activation, building repeatable playbooks and coordinating cross-functional improvements to drive creator-driven revenue on an AI-native commerce platform.

Creator lifecycle: batch recruit, onboard, activate, and track high-potential creators through repeatable content and conversions.
Program Ops: run scalable activation programs, templates, incentives, and reporting to measure pipeline health.
Cross-functional impact: translate creator feedback into onboarding, automation, and product/merchant improvements.

Job Description

Responsibilities overview

Creator CRM & lifecycle: Build & Operate Creator CRM (System of Record) with standardized fields; segment cohorts and design next actions; maintain a clean, measurable pipeline with stage definitions and funnel tracking.
Pipeline Generation: Batch Outreach & Recruitment via DM/Email/community recruiting/event sign-ups to build a consistent creator pipeline; execute acquisition campaigns with clear CTAs; identify high-fit creators.
Onboarding & Activation: Drive onboarding from account setup to store activation and first content; ensure first activation milestones and reduce friction with templates and SOP improvements.
Program Operations: Launch scalable activation programs; deploy content templates and playbooks; manage incentives, approvals, and fraud basics.
High-Potential Coaching: Own a small high-potential cohort to accelerate outcomes and turn learnings into reusable playbooks for multi-platform distribution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate creator friction into onboarding, automation, and analytics improvements with Product/Growth and Supply/Merchant teams.
