Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own growth strategies and operational programs for U.S. L1 to L2 e-commerce creators, covering creator activation, sustained sales, retention, and tier progression.
  • Segment creators based on lifecycle stage, content capabilities, commercial performance, growth potential, willingness to operate, and account health. Develop and implement differentiated operational strategies for priority cohorts.
  • Build and manage the creator growth funnel, identify the highest-impact conversion and retention drop-off points, and define clear success metrics for each stage.
  • Partner with product and algorithm teams to improve creator–product matching, creator–content-format matching, onboarding, performance feedback, and automated growth interventions.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
  • At least three years of experience in growth operations, creator operations, user growth, platform operations, e-commerce operations, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience managing demand-side or supply-side growth funnels, with independent ownership of activation, conversion, retention, re-engagement, or lifecycle operations programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business problems into measurable funnels, cohorts, segmentation rules, and testable hypotheses.
  • Ability to use data to diagnose business bottlenecks, set priorities, evaluate incremental impact, and support operational decisions.

Preferred

  • Experience in creator ecosystems, social commerce, affiliate commerce, short-form video, livestream e-commerce, or content platforms.
  • Experience operating in the U.S. market, with familiarity with U.S. creator behavior, content trends, and e-commerce categories.
  • Proficiency in SQL, BI tools, experiment design, cohort analysis, retention analysis, or basic causal inference methods.

Benefits

  • Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
