Job Description

Responsibilities

Support creative ideation and concept development across key clients and/or Publicis Groupe partnerships.
Translate data, audience insights, and brand strategy into creator-first ideas that drive clarity, relevance, and engagement.
Develop and refine influencer briefs that communicate strategic intent and inspire creators.
Partner with Strategy, Creator Partnerships, Campaign, and Design teams to ensure ideas align with audience insights and executional requirements.
Contribute to the development of proposals, providing insight-backed creative thinking for Associate Director and Senior review.
Support internal storytelling structure through frameworks, narrative flow, and reference gathering.
Manage timelines and deliverables in partnership with Creative Operations, escalating risks when needed.
Stay current on creator, category, and platform trends to inform new thinking and creative opportunities.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in creative strategy, brand storytelling, or influencer or creator marketing.
Ability to develop integrated, insight-driven creative concepts.
Strong collaboration skills across Strategy, Creator Partnerships, and Design.
Clear and compelling visual and verbal storytelling abilities.
Knowledge of social platforms, creator culture, and audience behavior.
Interest in developing leadership, mentorship, and creative craft skills.
