Job Summary

Lead end-to-end event design and production from concept through on-site delivery, managing multi‑phase programs, client pitches, budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination to create unforgettable experiences.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, suppliers, and budgets to deliver on time and to spec.

Responsibilities

  • Bring a vision to life with creativity and meticulous detail, from concept through execution.
  • Project Manage and produce large, medium and small-scale events: gala's, themed special events, product launches, activations, etc.
  • Oversee complex, simultaneous events, delivering unforgettable moments and exceeding client expectations.
  • Develop detailed floor plans and user experience presentations to pitch/share with clients.
  • Design the full environment and experience of spaces in event venues, hotels, sporting, restaurants, etc., both domestic and international.
  • Understand and interpret client requests while presenting innovative ideas and solutions to make the vision a reality.
  • Work with the team to produce detailed project plans for events (e.g. timelines, budgets, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing).
  • Work with a team to execute all aspects of the event, pre, during and post event.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of event design and production experience (concepts, creation, design and onsite execution).
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Visual Arts, Communications, Hospitality, or a related creative field.
  • An impressive portfolio that showcases events you have personally designed and produced.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; you can sell an idea with confidence and charm.
  • Experience preparing detailed project plans.
  • Ability to identify services required and assist the team in coordinating all vendors and contracts.
  • Experience developing budgets, negotiating contracts, processing payments, and overseeing the billing process.
  • Experience managing supplier partners and internal support teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of program specifications.
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects, varying in scope and size.
  • Well-organized, excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and organize workload.
