Job Summary

Own the hands-on execution of trade marketing for travel consortia and advisor networks, from plan to post- event ROI, with growing leadership of webinars and social content that fuels bookings and partner education.

  • Trade Marketing Execution: coordinate tactics, briefs, approvals, and milestone tracking across co-op programs with consortia and travel partners.
  • Event & Webinar Programs: plan on-site events and Travel Advisor webinars, from theme to post-event reporting, with speaker coordination and logistics.
  • Content & Social: curate trade-facing social content and maintain the Trade Social Content Hub aligned to campaigns and sales initiatives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of the annual co-op marketing plan with consortia and strategic account partners
  • Track plan milestones in Workfront and maintain the Trade Marketing Content Calendar
  • Manage the execution of each tactic, including submitting briefs to the creative team via Workfront and ensuring proper internal and external approvals
  • Report on results
  • Note: Consortia are membership-based travel agency networks — such as Virtuoso, Signature Travel Network, and Travel Leaders Group — that connect preferred suppliers, such as Lindblad Expeditions, with their member travel advisors. These partnerships are a key channel for co-op marketing, advisor education, and driving bookings through the agency community.
  • Support the planning and on-site execution of industry events and trade shows, including agenda development, transportation, booth setup, staffing, and shipping
  • Coordinate creation and distribution of trade marketing materials and collateral for events
  • Assist in developing lead generation strategies, ensuring proper tracking, reporting, and follow-up
  • Deliver post-event analysis to measure ROI and provide recommendations for continuous improvement

With experience, take lead ownership of select events end-to-end

  • Support planning and execution of Travel Advisor webinars, including theme development, scheduling, and promotion
  • Help prepare engaging presentations tailored to advisor education and sales enablement
  • Coordinate with Exploration Leaders, Sales Leaders, and subject-matter experts as guest presenters
  • Manage logistics including briefing speakers, rehearsals, and technology setup
  • Track registrations, attendance, and engagement, providing detailed post-webinar reporting and recommendations
  • Grow to independently lead webinar programs as skills develop
  • Manage curation, scheduling, and execution of trade-facing social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Maintain the Trade Social Content Hub on a weekly basis, developing audience specific copy and images in alignment with the marketing calendar and sales initiatives
  • Ensure alignment with overall trade marketing campaigns and messaging.
  • Monitor trade engagement on social platforms and build/share monthly performance reports
