Job Summary

Own the trade marketing execution for advisor channels, coordinating events, webinars, and social content while tracking ROI and continuous improvement. Lead end-to-end event planning, co-op plan delivery, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and subject-matter experts, with a growing focus on webinar programs and post-event analytics.

  • Event Execution: plan, ship, staff, and analyze trade shows and Travel Advisor webinars from concept to post-event ROI.
  • Content & Social: curate trade materials and social content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, aligned to campaigns and calendar.
  • Measurement & Optimization: track milestones, generate post-event reports, and drive recommendations for ongoing improvement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of the annual co-op marketing plan with consortia and strategic account partners
  • Track plan milestones in Workfront and maintain the Trade Marketing Content Calendar
  • Manage the execution of each tactic, including submitting briefs to the creative team via Workfront and ensuring proper internal and external approvals
  • Report on results
  • Support planning and on-site execution of industry events and trade shows, including agenda development, transportation, booth setup, staffing, and shipping
  • Coordinate creation and distribution of trade marketing materials and collateral for events
  • Assist in developing lead generation strategies, ensuring proper tracking, reporting, and follow-up
  • Deliver post-event analysis to measure ROI and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
  • With experience, take lead ownership of select events end-to-end
  • Support planning and execution of Travel Advisor webinars, including theme development, scheduling, and promotion
  • Help prepare engaging presentations tailored to advisor education and sales enablement
  • Coordinate with Exploration Leaders, Sales Leaders, and subject-matter experts as guest presenters
  • Manage logistics including briefing speakers, rehearsals, and technology setup
  • Track registrations, attendance, and engagement, providing detailed post-webinar reporting and recommendations
  • Grow to independently lead webinar programs as skills develop
  • Manage curation, scheduling, and execution of trade-facing social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Maintain the Trade Social Content Hub on a weekly basis, developing audience specific copy and images in alignment with the marketing calendar and sales initiatives
  • Ensure alignment with overall trade marketing campaigns and messaging.
  • Monitor trade engagement on social platforms and build/share monthly performance reports

Requirements

  • BA/BS required in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent industry experience
  • 2–3+ years of experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing, events, social media, or related field, preferably in the travel industry. B2B experience a plus
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, particularly in event planning and management
  • Excellent ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills and solutions-driven attitude
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and partners
  • Attention to detail, curiosity to solve problems and a focus on delivering high-quality experiences for Travel Advisors
  • Proficient computer skills in the Windows operating system, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Using the English language, this person must have the ability to read, write, and comprehend policies, legal guidelines, correspondence, and memos

Preferred

  • Demonstrated success supporting or organizing trade shows, events, or advisor engagement programs
  • Successful management of invoices, and operational tasks
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Canva, social media platforms, or project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Workfront)
  • Flexibility to travel and work outside of regular business hours as required for events that require onsite help
  • Passion for values-led marketing and corporate social responsibility
  • Bonus of up to 5% annually
