Job Summary

Own and manage influencer seeding campaigns, assist sourcing creators and gift lists, maintain the influencer product room and inventory, and track performance and reporting across influencer initiatives.

Responsibilities

Support always on influencer send outs and ad hoc requests from external teams
Assist influencer team with sourcing creators for various gifting lists
Own monthly seeding campaigns to support evergreen and new launches
Maintain organization and upkeep of the influencer product room
Ensure internal and agency product inventory is well-stocked
Assist with placing product shipments from the warehouse and ensuring efficient status tracking
Organize tracking campaigns utilizing our internal reporting tools
Support influencer reporting on an as needed basis
1 year experience in a marketing or internship position preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Requirements

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel and Canva
Can-do attitude and a passion for beauty industry
Willingness to pitch ideas and work collaboratively
Natural interest in influencer marketing, social media trends, and cultural relevance
Understand ILIA’s brand and support our image across all touchpoints
Previous experience in influencer marketing and/or beauty a plus
Comfort with commuting to the Los Angeles area as needed
