Job Summary

Own the end‑to‑end social content workflow across multiple platforms, including scheduling, accuracy checks, and basic video and graphic edits, while collaborating with the team on engagement and performance insights.

Assist with engagement and report notable trends to the team.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Schedule and publish pre-approved content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Nextdoor, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
Schedule and manage Facebook and Instagram content through the Meta Business Suite content calendar.
Review posts for accuracy, including the correct client account, caption, graphic or video, links, tags, formatting, date, and time.
Edit short-form videos in CapCut, including captions, text overlays, basic transitions, and formatting for Reels and YouTube Shorts.
Create and resize basic branded graphics in Canva using existing client templates and brand guidelines.
Follow client content calendars, brand guidelines, voice, and messaging.
Assist with social media engagement, including comments, direct messages, likes, and shares as assigned.
Occasionally create and publish Instagram and Facebook Stories as needed.
Review basic performance metrics and communicate notable trends or opportunities to the KLM team.
Participate in biweekly team meetings and communicate proactively about deadlines, questions, or issues.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of professional social media experience, preferably managing multiple business or client accounts.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Canva and CapCut, including basic graphics and short-form video editing.
Experience publishing and scheduling business content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Nextdoor, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
Hands-on experience using the Meta Business Suite content calendar to schedule and manage Facebook and Instagram content.
Excellent attention to detail, proofreading, written communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines while following established content calendars and brand guidelines.
Self-directed and dependable, with a reliable computer, smartphone, and internet connection.

Preferred

Previous agency or client-service experience.
Experience managing social media for small or family-owned businesses.
Experience with additional social media scheduling or content management platforms.
Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
