Community Outreach Representative

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with medical facilities, clinics, community organizations, businesses, and referral partners.
• Visit medical providers and local businesses to introduce the firm and build professional connections.
• Assist with planning, coordinating, and attending community events, networking events, outreach opportunities, and lead generation events.
• Represent the firm professionally at all times while in the field.
• Visit clients as needed to assist with signatures, documents, case-related items, or relationship building.
• Identify new outreach opportunities in Orange County, Los Angeles County, San Bernardino County, and Riverside County.
• Help generate leads and strengthen the firm’s presence in the community.
• Track outreach efforts, contacts, follow-ups, and event results.
• Communicate regularly with the internal team regarding leads, referrals, client visits, and community connections.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and approachable presence when interacting with clients, providers, and community partners.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable personal transportation.
• Must provide proof of current auto insurance.
• Must be willing and able to drive throughout Orange County, Los Angeles County, parts of San Bernardino County, and parts of Riverside County.
• Prior experience in community outreach, field marketing, sales, legal services, healthcare, or personal injury is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable attending events, networking, and starting conversations with new people.
• Highly organized and able to manage follow-ups.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while staying connected with the team.
