Job Summary

You will own the end-to-end production of short-form native content for TikTok and Instagram, from scripting and shooting to drafts, revisions, and trend-driven ideation, aligned with deadlines and live campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Film short vertical videos (15–60 sec) from our creative briefs. We'll take care of editing
  • Make content that feels native to TikTok and Instagram Reels/Stories, not like an ad
  • Write or adapt hooks, voiceovers and on-screen text that grab attention in the first 3 seconds
  • Turn in drafts on time and make one round of revisions when needed
  • Pitch your own ideas based on trends you’re seeing

Requirements

  • Based in or near Tempe, AZ (ASU students preferred)
  • Comfortable on camera with a natural, relatable delivery
  • A recent smartphone that shoots clean 4K/1080p video
  • Basic editing skills (CapCut, InShot or similar)
  • A good feel for TikTok and Instagram trends, hooks and pacing
  • Reliable with deadlines and quick to respond

Preferred

  • Past UGC or paid ad work (brand deals, Billo, Insense and similar)
  • An active TikTok or Instagram following (not required)
  • Experience with voiceovers, captions or simple motion text
