Responsibilities - Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy, through the pillars of community foundations, and guest experience to life. - Establish and manage local key relationships (e.g., Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, lululemon Studio partner studios) to increase new guest acquisition and guest retention. - Engage with the local community to identify future Ambassador or partner opportunities and to increase the store's standing as a community hub. - Connect with guests on the floor to assess their unique needs, provide technical product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs into a seamless end-to-end guest experience. - Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events. - Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors. - Review community relevant business data and metrics to identify and share insights and recommendations with store leadership regarding Community events, projects, or initiatives. - Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences to ensure a supportive, productive, and fun experience for all team members.
