Responsibilities

• Find and reach out to landlords and people with rooms available.
• Invite owners to list their rooms on RentingOwl.
• Help bring new renters onto the platform.
• Build relationships with local landlords and housing communities.
• Help manage social media and create simple marketing content.
• Respond to prospective users and help them get started.
• Gather feedback from early users.
• Track outreach, registrations, listings, and inquiries.
• Work directly with the Founder on new growth ideas.

Requirements

• Friendly, confident, and comfortable reaching out to new people.
• A strong written communicator.
• Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Organized and able to work independently.
• Creative and willing to experiment with new ways to grow.
• Interested in startups, housing, real estate, marketing, or community building.

Preferred

• Experienced in marketing, sales, leasing, property management, customer service, or community management is helpful but not required.
• No college degree required.
