Responsibilities

• Content strategy and execution across every platform. LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Reddit, and wherever the conversation moves next. Each one gets a distinct approach, not the same post reformatted five ways. You're writing, filming, editing, and shipping. This is a hands-on role.
• Community, not just audience. Showing up in the places operators already are: Reddit threads, Slack and Discord communities, comment sections, DMs, and building relationships rather than broadcasting. Eventually, building a space of our own.
• Founder and executive brand. Leadership's personal accounts are often the highest-converting channel in B2B. You'll ghostwrite, coach, and build a consistent presence for our executives on LinkedIn and X.
• AI creator and influencer partnerships. Sourcing, vetting, and managing relationships with AI-native creators and commerce operators who can credibly speak about what we've built. You'll run this end-to-end and partner closely with the Head of Sales, since these relationships turn into pipeline.
• Demand generation beyond social. Newsletter, podcast or video series, webinars, events and conference presence. You'll decide which of these are worth doing and prove it before scaling.
• Turning data into content. This is our unfair advantage. We sit on aggregate commerce performance data and a portfolio of brands with real outcomes. Benchmark reports, teardowns, trend analysis, "here's what actually happened when" posts. You'll work with the data team to turn that into content nobody else can publish.
• Measurement. You'll define what good looks like beyond follower count and report on it honestly. Reach and engagement, yes, but also site traffic, signups, pipeline influenced, and community growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years in social, with B2B SaaS or AI experience. This is firm. If your background is consumer brands, personal influencer accounts, or DTC product marketing only, this isn't the right role. Selling software to operators is a different craft and the learning curve would be too steep. B2B commerce-tech or martech experience is ideal.
• You're a strong writer with a distinct voice. B2B social lives or dies on whether it sounds like a person. You can write something sharp and specific rather than something safe.
• You're deep in the AI landscape. You follow what's shipping, you understand the difference between a real capability and a demo, and you can explain any of it to someone who doesn't care about the technology, only the outcome. You use AI tools in your own workflow and you're fast because of it.
• You understand commerce operators. You know what a brand owner's day looks like, what they're anxious about, and what makes them roll their eyes. You can spot marketing that's talking down to them.
• You can produce, not just plan. Scripting, filming, editing, designing a passable graphic. You'll have support, but you should be able to take an idea to published without a queue.
• You know how communities work because you've been in them. You've built or grown one, or you're a real participant in several. This isn't something you can fake for long.
• You think in funnels, not vanity metrics. You can connect a piece of content to a business outcome, and you're honest when you can't.

Preferred

• You've built a founder's personal brand from near-zero
• You've run an influencer or creator program in B2B, where the playbook is much less obvious than in consumer
• You've launched a newsletter or podcast that people actually read or listen to
• Experience with e-commerce, DTC, or marketing analytics
• You have your own audience in the AI or commerce space
• You've built automation or agentic workflows to scale your own content production
