Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing and outdoor outreach to engage community members directly.
• Use mobile devices to record interactions, gather data, and track campaign progress efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with diverse audiences through face-to-face conversations and conversational engagement techniques.
• Promote fundraising efforts by explaining campaign goals clearly and motivating participation.
• Manage outdoor work activities responsibly, ensuring safety protocols are followed during canvassing and community events.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, listening actively, and building rapport with community members.
• Support community engagement initiatives by organizing events, distributing materials, and encouraging ongoing involvement.

Requirements

• Proven supervising experience in team or outreach settings.
• Strong background in marketing, sales, or field sales experience with a focus on community-based campaigns.
• Ability to perform canvassing and door-to-door outreach confidently in outdoor environments.
• Excellent face-to-face communication skills combined with active listening abilities.
• Experience with fundraising activities and community engagement strategies.
• Bilingual proficiency to connect with diverse populations effectively.
• Comfortable using mobile devices for data collection and communication purposes.
• Prior outdoor work experience that demonstrates resilience and adaptability in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of telemarketing techniques and remote communication tools is a plus.
