Job Summary

Build and own the funnel for childcare enrollment by turning local partnerships, events, and proactive outreach into tours and enrollments.

  • Partnerships & Community: Develop local relationships with pediatricians, churches, libraries, and community centers to drive referrals and visibility.
  • Lead Nurturing & Conversion: Track inquiries from social, web, and events; optimize follow-up to increase tour-to-enrollment conversion.
  • Events & Local Activation: Plan and promote family events and open houses; capture testimonials and content to boost trust and reach.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase childcare enrollment.
  • Promote available openings for infants, toddlers, preschool, Pre-K, before and after school care, summer camp, and enrichment programs.
  • Create campaigns that drive parent inquiries, tours, applications, and enrollments.
  • Track leads from social media, website inquiries, phone calls, community events, and referrals.
  • Support follow-up with prospective families through calls, texts, emails, and tour reminders.
  • Assist with enrollment promotions, open houses, and special events.
  • Monitor lead conversion and recommend ways to improve tour-to-enrollment results.
  • Build relationships with local pediatricians, churches, apartment communities, realtors, libraries, community centers, local businesses, and schools.
  • Distribute flyers, enrollment packets, event invitations, and promotional materials.
  • Identify community events where KALE can participate as a vendor, sponsor, or family resource.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing, communications, sales, enrollment, childcare administration, education, or community outreach.
  • Strong writing skills for social media posts, emails, flyers, and parent communication.
  • Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, Canva, Google Business Profile, and basic digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with parents, community partners, and staff.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments.
  • Comfortable making phone calls, sending follow-up messages, and promoting enrollment opportunities.
  • Must understand the importance of confidentiality, child privacy, and professional boundaries in a childcare setting.
  • Must be dependable, proactive, and results-oriented.

Preferred

  • Prior experience marketing a childcare center, preschool, private school, summer camp, tutoring program, or family-focused business.
  • Experience with enrollment growth, parent tours, lead follow-up, or admissions.
  • Experience creating reels, short videos, flyers, and social media campaigns.
  • Experience with Brightwheel, CRM tools, Google Workspace, Canva, Meta Business Suite, or email marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of childcare programs, early childhood education, kindergarten readiness, or family engagement.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
