Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Chief Strategy Officer at Trenzi, Inc. The Chief Strategy Officer will drive the company’s long-term growth by creating and implementing strategic initiatives across business functions. Key responsibilities include spearheading business and strategic planning efforts, managing financial forecasting and analysis, collaborating closely with the executive team on operational decisions, and identifying growth opportunities to maintain a competitive edge in the social commerce market.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to lead the organization’s long-term vision and growth strategy.
• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Finance to assess market trends, develop financial models, and guide financial performance.
• Executive Management experience to oversee cross-departmental collaboration and influence stakeholders at all levels effectively.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to manage complex challenges and ensure organizational success.
• Experience in a startup or social commerce environment is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.
