• Unified Growth Strategy: Design, execute, and lead a comprehensive, data-driven growth strategy that accelerates annual recurring revenue (ARR) and expands enterprise market share.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Break down silos by aligning Sales, Marketing, and Client Services under a unified commercial vision and shared key performance metrics.
• Enterprise Expansion: Personally engage with and secure strategic partnerships, major enterprise accounts, and institutional clients within the localization and communications management space.
• Market Intelligence: Continuously analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging client needs to iterate on positioning, pricing models, and new service offerings.
• Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and scale a high-velocity, remote commercial team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and peak performance.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Establish robust analytics frameworks to monitor customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), pipeline velocity, and conversion rates across the funnel.
