Job Summary

Own the founder storytelling and growth narrative for startup clients, translating vision into compelling narratives and investor-ready materials while shaping partnerships and long-term brand direction.

  • Narrative & Fundraising: Craft founder stories and investor-ready decks that translate vision into funding-ready narratives.
  • Messaging & GTM Clarity: Sharpen pitch messaging, positioning, and go-to-market clarity to accelerate founder traction.
  • Growth & Strategy Partnerships: Drive ecosystem growth, partnerships, and contribute to long-term brand direction.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work with startups on narrative, positioning, and fundraising communication
  • Help founders improve pitch decks, messaging, and GTM clarity
  • Support founder acquisition, partnerships, and ecosystem growth
  • Contribute to strategy, brand direction, and long-term growth of M3

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of startups, fundraising, and growth
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking
  • Independent, founder-minded, and execution-focused

Preferred

  • Background in startups, VC, strategy, growth, or communications is a plus
