Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support MyDefence's growth in North America by executing marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility and strengthen customer engagement.
  • Localize global marketing campaigns, product messaging, sales collateral, and other marketing materials for the North American market.
  • Help bring new products to market by coordinating launch activities across Product Management, Sales, Communications, and Marketing.
  • Support the planning and execution of industry events and trade shows and other key customer events.
  • Coordinate the development of presentations, sales enablement materials, digital content, and other customer-facing marketing assets.
  • Work closely with Product Management, Sales, Communications, and external marketing partners to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing activities.
  • Gather market insights and customer feedback to help strengthen future marketing initiatives.
  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while balancing priorities, coordinating stakeholders, and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Experience marketing technical, industrial, manufacturing, aerospace, medical technology, defense, or other complex products.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience supporting product launches, marketing campaigns, trade shows, or sales enablement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A collaborative, hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15–25% (domestic and international).
  • Experience within the defense industry is an advantage but not a requirement. We're equally interested in candidates who have successfully marketed complex B2B products in other technical industries.
