Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). The CSO will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive business strategies to drive growth and optimize operational performance. Day-to-day tasks include conducting in-depth market analysis, guiding strategic and financial planning processes, leading cross-functional teams, and providing executive leadership to ensure alignment with the company's vision and goals. Collaboration with other executives to identify opportunities and mitigate risks will also be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to envision and execute growth strategies
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and guide decision-making processes
• Experience in Finance and budget management to ensure sound financial planning and sustainability
• Proven expertise in Executive Management to lead and collaborate with teams effectively
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote capacity while maintaining strong collaboration with stakeholders
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field preferred
• Professional experience in marketing, consulting, or business development is a plus
