Job Summary

Own and coordinate channel support touchpoints from item setup to promotions, aligning Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to keep launches on track for retail and online channels.

End-to-end item setup, data accuracy, and ERP/portal updates with cross-functional ownership.
Liaise across Sales, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Sales Ops to resolve order issues and support launches.
Drive process improvements and reporting on promotions, data accuracy, and operational workflows.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proven ability to problem-solve, adapt quickly, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently with minimal direction while collaborating cross-functionally
Strong project management and time management skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data management, analysis, and reporting)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and customer portals
Preferred: Experience with CRM systems or data/reporting tools
1 -4 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales support, or channel operations (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Preferred

Exposure to trade shows, line reviews, and customer-specific marketing support
Familiarity with CRM systems or data/reporting tools is a plus
