Car Wash Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Guerrilla & Local Marketing
• Develop and execute creative grassroots and guerrilla marketing strategies throughout the Bristol and Johnson City markets.
• Identify high-traffic locations and other opportunities to put the Tommy’s Express brand in front of potential customers.
• Distribute promotional materials and develop creative ways to drive customers to our locations.
• Identify new opportunities to increase awareness and generate customer traffic.
• Visit and communicate with local businesses, employers, organizations, schools, apartment communities, dealerships, and other potential partners.
• Develop relationships with business owners, managers, HR departments, and community leaders.
• Create mutually beneficial promotional and partnership opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with existing partners and identify opportunities to expand those relationships.
• Identify businesses and organizations operating company vehicles.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel regularly between and throughout the Bristol and Johnson City markets
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using major social media platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Ability to maintain accurate records of marketing activities, leads, and results
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
• Availability for occasional evening or weekend community events and promotions

Preferred

• Previous experience in marketing, sales, business development, social media, community outreach, hospitality, or customer service is preferred, but we are willing to consider a highly motivated candidate with the right personality, communication skills, and work ethic.
