Most closers don't leave because they can't sell. They leave because they get handed a dry calendar and an offer that doesn't hold up on the call. That's not this seat. We run our own paid traffic. We book the calls. You get on the phone 35 times a week and help home service business owners make the obvious decision.

About the Role

WHAT YOU'RE SELLING: Google Business Profile and local SEO programs for home service businesses — roofing, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, trades. High-ticket, multi-month engagements. Here's the pattern you'll hear on repeat: a prospect already burned money with another provider. No rankings, no calls, no traction. They come to us and within weeks they've got movement, reviews, and clarity. You're not convincing anyone of something shaky. You're showing them the difference.

Responsibilities

• 35 qualified calls per week, booked for you
• 25% minimum close rate on live calls taken
• Aggressive pipeline follow-up — roughly 35-40% of our deals come from prospects who didn't buy the first time
• Clients start with a short entry program and ascend into longer engagements. Creating that momentum is your job, not just the first close.
• Daily team meeting. Update your tracking and projections — on pace or off pace, and if off pace, why, and what changes tomorrow. EOD report in Slack. CRM clean: correct notes, correct stage, follow-ups scheduled.

Qualifications

• You've closed high-ticket over the phone and can point to the numbers (preferably B2B)
• Proven track record.
• You move fast and take a firm position without being abrasive
• You stay level when the month is behind
• You're persuasive in the way that survives scrutiny, not the way that creates refunds
• You think missing target is unacceptable and don't need a manager to tell you that

Required Skills

• High-ticket closing experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle objections and stay calm under pressure

Preferred Skills

• Experience in local SEO or digital marketing
• Familiarity with CRM systems

Pay range and compensation package

Commission-only. Eat what you kill. 15% of cash collected. On-target earnings at full performance: $29,200/month. Volume scales as closers perform — hit your numbers and the calendar gets fuller.
