- Liaison and Education: Connect clients with government bodies, banks, and private partners through regional seminars.
Job Description
Own frontline engagement with small business clients through counseling, training, and advisory services across a large regional footprint; empower entrepreneurs on business plans, marketing, finance and operations while coordinating with agencies and lenders to unlock opportunities and drive regional economic impact.
- Responsibilities: Counseling and training for entrepreneurs in developing business plans, marketing, record keeping and accounting, financing, management, etc.
- Liaison: Acts as bridge between clients and governmental agencies, financial institutions, and private industry; conducts training seminars regionally.
- Regional impact: Aids in developing the overall economy of the region and serves a large geographic area.
- Documentation: Makes recommendations and provides appropriate documentation to clients and Center Director.
- Skills: Draws heavily upon analytical and communication skills when working with clients.
- Requirements: Current driver’s license and driving record acceptable to the University must be maintained as a condition of employment.
