Responsibilities

BRAND STRATEGY + POSITIONING: Lead the development of brand strategies that define and strengthen client market positioning
BRAND STRATEGY + POSITIONING: Develop brand messaging frameworks that clarify voice, narrative, and differentiation
BRAND STRATEGY + POSITIONING: Guide clients through brand discovery, positioning exercises, and strategic messaging development
BRAND STRATEGY + POSITIONING: Ensure brand consistency across campaigns, content, and marketing channels
BRAND STRATEGY + POSITIONING: Collaborate with PMG leadership to align brand strategy with communications and public relations initiatives
BRAND STRATEGY + POSITIONING: Identify opportunities to strengthen brand visibility through integrated storytelling and strategic marketing initiatives
BRAND STRATEGY + POSITIONING: Provide proactive strategic counsel on brand, marketing, and audience engagement trends
MARKETING STRATEGY + CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT: Develop and oversee integrated marketing strategies aligned with client growth and visibility goals
MARKETING STRATEGY + CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, social, and paid media platforms
MARKETING STRATEGY + CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT: Create marketing roadmaps that guide quarterly and annual campaign priorities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, public relations, or related field
10+ years of experience in marketing strategy, brand strategy, digital marketing, or integrated campaign leadership
Demonstrated experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging development, and audience targeting
Experience building marketing strategies that integrate digital, content, paid media, and PR visibility
Proficiency with digital marketing platforms including social media, email marketing, content management systems, and analytics tools
Strong understanding of marketing analytics and performance measurement
Experience working with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong client-facing experience with the ability to present strategy and recommendations with executive presence

Agency, consulting, or strategic communications experience is strongly preferred
