Responsibilities

Craft brand narrative and content across organic social, long-form and other formats that help brands show up clearly, consistently and meaningfully.
Own hands-on organic social execution for assigned clients, including writing, editing, publishing, scheduling and supporting content calendars.
Develop deep brand knowledge and weave it into a consistent story that compounds visibility over time.
Learn to assess how brands appear across social, traditional search, AI answer engines and generative platforms, working with teammates across disciplines to identify content opportunities.
Use audience insights, visibility signals and performance data to inform what we make next and demonstrate the impact of the work.
Build your understanding of how content influences search, AEO and GEO, and apply those learnings to the content you create.
Serve as an active brand voice across channels, engaging with audiences and helping foster positive brand interactions.
Monitor brand mentions, audience sentiment, competitors, platform shifts and emerging cultural or discovery trends to identify opportunities and potential issues.
Partner closely with strategy, analytics, creative, media, account management and PR so insight and storytelling move as one connected workflow.
Experiment with new platforms, content formats, AI tools and workflows; share what works and help turn useful experiments into repeatable practices.

Requirements

2–4 years of professional experience in content, editorial, social, copywriting, brand storytelling or a related field; prior agency experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Exceptional copywriting, editing, proofreading and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt content across brands, formats and platforms.
Proven ability to create brand content across formats. Strong organic social experience is important, with range into long-form or other content types a plus.
A working understanding of how SEO functions and how content can influence visibility across search. Familiarity with AEO, GEO or emerging AI discovery is a plus, but not required—we’re excited for this person to grow their expertise in these areas.
Curiosity about how audiences discover, evaluate and engage with brands—and a willingness to learn as those behaviors change.
Comfort using audience insights and performance data to understand what’s working, improve content and inform recommendations. You don’t need to be an analyst, but you should be curious about what the data can teach us.
Experience developing, managing and publishing multi-platform content across one or more brands or clients.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms, formats and trends.
Comfort engaging with audiences and helping manage a brand voice in public channels.
