Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead communication with clients to understand their business goals and objectives, and develop digital marketing strategies that align with those goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across a variety of paid channels (including Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic, CTV, and more) and message channels (specifically email, SMS, and mailers).
  • Utilize data and analytics across various sources to recognize areas of opportunity to improve performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform strategy and tactics.
  • Communicate and present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Marketing Strategy (55%) Coach clients on how to leverage Paid Media and Message Marketing to optimize their funnel.
  • Develop marketing strategies to help clients achieve and surpass their business goals.
  • Track and report on KPIs on informal client calls and more formal presentations.
  • Account Manager (30%) Facilitate communication between the client and the internal team members.
  • Lead weekly calls with the client.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on paid media for direct-to-consumer businesses
  • 1+ years of agency experience
  • Proficiency in project management tools like ClickUp and Asana
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing ROI-driven digital marketing strategies.
  • Understanding of growth/performance marketing metrics
  • Experience working with data and delivering insights and recommendations to clients
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field

Preferred

  • Certifications in Meta, Google, TikTok, and Klaviyo are a plus
