Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Foster a culture of creativity and innovation, pitching new ideas and approaches to influencer marketing.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and workshops to develop cutting-edge strategies and campaign concepts.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with clients' business objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPI), translating these into actionable strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in influencer marketing.
  • Craft effective influencer marketing strategies to win new business, ensuring they are on-brand and meet client expectations.
  • Prepare and present detailed presentations to clients, highlighting strategic approaches including tactics, best practices, creative thought-starters, and sample talent.
  • Identify and select appropriate influencers that align with brand values and campaign objectives.
  • Manage the talent vetting, outreach, negotiation and contracting process for each campaign you win.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic discussions and casting updates.

Requirements

  • Successful candidates must have 3+ years of agency experience and be familiar with creators, social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Pinterest, etc) and building successful creator and brand partnerships.
  • Proven experience in a strategic role within an influencer marketing agency or related field.
  • Strong self-starter and problem-solving attitude.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and in-depth knowledge of influencer marketing space.
  • Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of influencer marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
