Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit partners through face-to-face outreach and fundraising campaigns
• Engage community members, communicate campaign messages, and encourage ongoing support
• Work toward individual and team performance goals in a results-driven environment
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to improve outreach strategies
• Maintain professionalism and accurately represent partner organizations at all times

• Strong communication and people skills

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn and take direction through hands-on training
• Background in sports, teamwork, customer service, or leadership is a plus (not required)
