Job Description
Responsibilities
- Represent the company in retail locations
- Participates in comprehensive training sessions
- Builds expertise in window and door products while ensuring clients receive accurate information and exceptional service
- Supports brand awareness initiatives by showcasing the company’s reputation and commitment to quality
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years and up to apply
- Ability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends as required
- Reliable transportation to retail locations
- Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record under the company’s insurance policies
- The ability to perform physical tasks, including standing in one location for extended periods
- The ability to use body members to work, move or carry objects or materials
- Must be able to exert up to fifty pounds of force occasionally and up to twenty pounds of force frequently
- Outgoing and approachable personality with strong communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow through structured training
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
Preferred
- Previous experience in (sales, retail, hospitality, or promotions)
- Familiarity with home improvement products or remodeling services
- Interest in career growth within sales and marketing
