Responsibilities

• Represent the company in retail locations
• Participates in comprehensive training sessions
• Builds expertise in window and door products while ensuring clients receive accurate information and exceptional service
• Supports brand awareness initiatives by showcasing the company’s reputation and commitment to quality
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years and up to apply
• Ability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends as required
• Reliable transportation to retail locations
• Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record under the company’s insurance policies
• The ability to perform physical tasks, including standing in one location for extended periods
• The ability to use body members to work, move or carry objects or materials
• Must be able to exert up to fifty pounds of force occasionally and up to twenty pounds of force frequently
• Outgoing and approachable personality with strong communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow through structured training
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset

Preferred

• Previous experience in (sales, retail, hospitality, or promotions)
• Familiarity with home improvement products or remodeling services
• Interest in career growth within sales and marketing
