Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project execution for marketing campaigns, exhibit content, video and photo productions, website updates, and related creative initiatives.
  • Assign work to creative team members based on capacity, skill set, and project needs.
  • Own project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities remain clear.
  • Partner with the Design Lead to balance workload management with creative quality.
  • Identify and proactively clear blockers; escalate risks, scope changes, and communicate challenges to the Senior Project Manager and Creative Director as needed.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and subject matter experts across museum departments to define scope, clarify requirements, and align expectations.
  • Manage and track projects in Wrike, maintaining accurate documentation, timelines, and status updates.
  • Provide occasional project status updates to senior leadership alongside the Senior Project Manager.
  • Use data and analysis to inform project decisions, improve workflows, and enhance team efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, marketing, creative production, or a related field.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Wrike or similar project management tools preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

Preferred

  • Experience in marketing or creative production environments preferred.
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced setting.
