Associate Paid Social Manager

Responsibilities

• Independently manage day-to-day paid social campaigns across an assigned portfolio of client accounts.
• Own campaign launches, audience targeting, budget pacing, optimization, testing, and ongoing execution.
• Apply strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager to drive campaign performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, results, and overall campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor campaign performance against client objectives and KPIs.
• Translate performance data into actionable insights, recommendations, and testing plans.
• Contribute to account strategies, campaign roadmaps, and ongoing performance planning.
• Collaborate with colleagues across search, social, programmatic, and analytics.
• Support approximately 5–7 client accounts, with portfolio size varying based on complexity.
• Participate in client meetings, presenting paid social performance, insights, recommendations, and next steps.

Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid social campaigns, particularly through Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience independently executing campaigns, managing budgets, monitoring performance, and developing recommendations.
• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to communicate performance insights clearly.
• Experience supporting multiple client accounts and balancing competing priorities.
• Proactive problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and accountability for results.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

• Digital or performance marketing agency experience, ideally across multiple client industries.
• Experience with additional paid social platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, or Pinterest.
• Exposure to programmatic/display advertising or DSP platforms, particularly StackAdapt.
• Broader cross-channel media experience.
