POSITION SUMMARY

The Associate, Marketing Programs supports Salute’s global marketing efforts with a primary focus on recruitment marketing, employer brand, and digital engagement. Reporting directly to the VP of Global Marketing, this role is responsible for executing day-to-day marketing programs that help attract, engage, and convert talent across Salute’s global footprint.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role designed for an early-career marketing professional who brings strong energy, adaptability, and attention to detail, and who is ready to own defined marketing channels and programs with minimal oversight. While the primary focus will be supporting initiatives across the Americas, the role includes collaboration with global stakeholders, particularly in EMEA, providing exposure to international marketing efforts over time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment & Employer Brand Marketing

• Support execution of recruitment marketing initiatives designed to attract and engage talent across key roles and regions
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Marketing leadership to translate hiring priorities into compelling campaigns and content
• Assist in developing and evolving Salute’s employer brand across digital channels to reflect culture, mission, and career opportunities

Social Media & Digital Channel Ownership

• Own day-to-day execution of content across non-traditional and emerging social platforms, including X, YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant channels
• Develop and maintain content calendars aligned to recruitment and employer brand priorities
• Monitor engagement metrics and provide insights to improve performance and reach

Website & Careers Page Support

• Support rebuilding and ongoing enhancement of Salute’s Careers page and related web content
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and freshness of content across career-focused digital properties
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed to improve candidate experience

Marketing Programs & Events

• Assist with planning and execution of select marketing and recruiting events, job fairs, and brand initiatives
• Support event logistics, content development, and post-event follow-up
• Coordinate with Global Marketing to ensure programs align with broader marketing strategy

Global Collaboration & Program Support

• Collaborate with the VP of Global Marketing and global colleagues to support consistency and shared best practices
• Assist with global content coordination as needed, particularly with EMEA-based stakeholders
• Maintain organized documentation, content libraries, and campaign trackers

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Strong interest in recruitment marketing, employer branding, and social media
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Internship or part-time experience in marketing, communications, or branding
• Familiarity with social media platforms, content tools, or analytics
• Interest in global or international business environments
