Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Social Media Operations & Channel Management - Support day-to-day management of Prudential’s owned social channels, ensuring they are current, maintained, and operating effectively.
  • Social Media Operations & Channel Management - Manage routine channel hygiene, including profile updates, link checks, platform access, naming conventions, captions, thumbnails and basic maintenance.
  • Social Media Operations & Channel Management - Identify recurring operational issues or process gaps and help resolve them with the broader social media team.
  • Social Media Operations & Channel Management - Provide backup support for community monitoring and moderation as needed, routing questions or potential issues through established escalation protocols.
  • Publishing, Scheduling & Editorial Calendar Support - Manage the social publishing calendar, tracking posts, assets, copy, links, disclosures, targeting inputs, and approval status.
  • Publishing, Scheduling & Editorial Calendar Support - Schedule and publish approved content across social platforms and tools, ensuring posts launch accurately and on time.
  • Publishing, Scheduling & Editorial Calendar Support - Coordinate publishing workflows with content strategists, agencies, Communications, Paid Media, Product Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholders.
  • Publishing, Scheduling & Editorial Calendar Support - Ensure content packages are launch-ready, including copy, creative, alt text, links, tags, UTMs, SRT/Caption files, thumbnails, talent rights, required disclosures and approvals.
  • Content QA, Compliance & Operational Hygiene - Review social content before publishing to confirm alignment with approved copy, creative, brand standards, platform requirements, accessibility expectations, and compliance guidance.
  • Content QA, Compliance & Operational Hygiene - Track approval status and documentation to ensure required reviews are completed before launch.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience in social media, marketing, communications, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience supporting social channels, publishing workflows, editorial calendars, community management, or social operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple posts, assets, approvals, timelines, and stakeholder inputs.
  • Familiarity with major social platforms and management tools; publishing, monitoring, listening, tagging, or reporting experience.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to keep operational work moving across priorities and partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify patterns, improve workflows, and translate operational issues into practical recommendations.
  • Interest in growing into broader responsibility for social media operations, governance, and operational strategy.
  • Sound judgment and professionalism when monitoring comments, identifying issues, and escalating risks.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Communications, Legal, Compliance, Analytics, Paid Media, agencies, and business partners.
  • Strong business writing, communication, documentation, and time-management skills.

Preferred

  • Sprinklr experience preferred.
  • Financial services, insurance, retirement, or asset management experience beneficial.
