Responsibilities

  • As the Associate Executive Director at Linden Estates and Linden Regency you have the opportunity to work with an excellent team to provide a living environment for seniors that is second to none.
  • You will be responsible for community relations, sales and marketing, hospitality, growing your team, and creating quality in everything you do.
  • They will have the ability to coach and provide superior leadership and direction.

Requirements

  • Qualified candidates will have experience in Assisted and Independent Living
  • proven leadership skills
  • strong business acumen
  • the ability to build relationships in and outside of the facility
  • strong working knowledge of Assisted Living and Independent Living operations
  • the ability to market and provide world class hospitality
