Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Stay current on AdTech and media trends, including signal loss and privacy, clean rooms, ad serving, walled gardens, publisher ad products and formats, and emerging identity solutions.
  • Lead partner engagement around data availability, granularity, and refresh cadence (e.g., impressions/clicks/conversions, campaign metadata, cost, placement/device, creative, geo, frequency, etc.), including escalation paths and SLAs.
  • Negotiate and maintain data-sharing agreements, integration scopes, and measurement-ready data specifications (schemas, required fields, naming standards, QA expectations).
  • Interact and effectively work with clients and client business teams and platform partners to maximize platform benefits and value
  • Own the end-to-end development of operating procedures for the origination (tag management, acquisition, integrations) and of log-level /event-level data feeds (S2S feeds, streams, cloud shares, SFTP drops, clean room outputs), including schema versioning, anomaly detection, and reconciliation routines.
  • Advise clients on measurement instrumentation and media tagging where relevant (pixels, UTM governance), ensuring consistent event definitions and minimal tracking ambiguity across partners
  • Define partner-facing playbooks for “measurement readiness” (naming conventions, campaign hierarchy, creative IDs, landing page parameters, conversion definitions)
  • Lead the development and operationalization of clean-room strategies to support measurement under signal loss and privacy constraints—defining what data can be used, how it can be joined, and what outputs are required for models.
  • Develop workflows with walled gardens and clean-room environments (e.g., ADH, AA) to produce aggregated, privacy-safe exports suitable for modeling
  • Set governance for privacy, consent, retention, and data minimization, working with legal/privacy and partner policy teams as needed.
  • Provide subject-matter leadership on identity/resolution approaches and their implications for measurement, match rates, deduplication, and bias.
  • Evaluate identity partners and recommend strategies that balance accuracy, privacy compliance, and operational feasibility.
  • Define and enforce standards for how media data is collected, structured, validated, and mapped into a unified marketing taxonomy.
  • Oversee governance and evolution of the taxonomy as platforms, formats, and partner schemas change; ensure operational consistency.
  • Build scalable operating processes with offshore/onshore teams, including documentation, QA checklists, and incident response runbooks.
