Account Manager (Social Media)

Responsibilities

• Run the relationship
• - Be the main point of contact and problem solver for your clients
• - Lead monthly strategy calls to review performance and agree on next steps/strategy
• - Own onboarding for new clients, from kickoff to first content going live and beyond
• - Catch churn signs early and spot upsell opportunities
• - Act as the day-to-day liaison between our team and your clients, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
• Run the accounts
• - Publish daily content on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook etc, and write all captions and copy
• - Do the final quality check on every deliverable before it reaches the client
• - Set up and manage Manychat automation flows for applicable clients

Requirements

• 3+ years of account management or client success experience at an agency
• Experience leading client meetings on your own
• A track record of keeping and growing client accounts
• 2+ years of hands-on social media management: you've published the content yourself, not just planned it
• Comfortable pulling analytics, interpreting them and reporting on them accurately
• At least two Apple devices (iPhone and/or iPad) for daily publishing
• Experience with Manychat and managing automation flows end to end
• Strong organization: you block your calendar, protect your focus and hit deadlines
• A problem solver by default: you troubleshoot before you escalate
• Fluent in Google Drive, ClickUp, Slack and Discord
