Job Summary

Own client relationships and program governance, coordinating discovery, kickoff, and ongoing status to turn strategy into accountable campaigns.

  • Client Partnerships: Build trust, run regular updates, and translate client goals into actionable project plans.
  • Campaign Oversight: Guide campaigns from kickoff through weekly performance reviews, ensuring forecasts and budgets stay on track.
  • Executive Communications: Present status updates to leadership and align on next steps across the team.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as an internal liaison between key clients and internal agency teams.
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service through properly conducted monthly/quarterly meetings and ensuring effective campaigns.
  • Ability to travel periodically to support client relationships, attend meetings, and participate in strategic sessions.
  • Hold appropriate discovery meetings with clients to ask the right questions related to their pain points and goals, to properly input agency teams in internal kickoff meetings.
  • Development of presentations and meeting agendas to keep strong communication and organization intact, instilling confidence in our clients.
  • Review weekly reports on project status and campaign performance metrics in Excel and other platforms to properly speak to marketing numbers and results.
  • Work with the Account Coordinator and agency Project Manager to communicate project timelines and ensure deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.
  • Track project progress and update key stakeholders on the status of ongoing campaigns.
  • Ability to present client and account status to the agency executive team and speak to client goals.
  • Strong attention to weekly forecasting reports and maintaining budgets, including project billing and invoice details.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of advertising agency or direct marketing experience.
  • Understanding of marketing across all communication channels, with a strong focus on digital marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using project management software and reporting tools.
  • Ability to create and update marketing spreadsheets in Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
