Job Summary

Own influencer partnerships and brand collaborations with end-to-end ownership of paid and organic programs, connecting creator strategy to measurable brand impact across wellness, lifestyle, and media alignments.

  • Influencer Ecosystem: Build and scale paid and organic influencer programs with clear KPIs and budget discipline.
  • Partnership Engine: Create a pipeline of brand partnerships, from outreach to reporting, integrated with Brand/Social teams.
  • Measurement & Governance: Establish tracking, records, and learnings to optimize influencer and partnership outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities\n- Influencer Marketing: Collaborate with external creative agencies, Brand Manager, and Social team to execute and evolve influencer initiatives into integrated 360° marketing campaigns.\n- Evergreen & seasonal programs: Lead strategy for evergreen seeding and seasonal mailer programs to elevate influencer experiences.\n- Content tracking alignment: Partner with Social team to ensure tracking of content and consistency of communications with influencer partners.\n- Relationship management: Own the organization and reporting of influencer relationships, ensuring accurate records.\n- Paid influencer program: Lead sourcing, negotiating, contracting, briefing, and executing influencer campaigns.\n- Budget management: Manage influencer budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for max results.\n- Reporting: Monthly internal reporting on both organic and paid influencer activity and landscape.\n- Vendor governance: Manage contractors and agency partners who support influencer execution for quality and brand alignment.\nBrand Partnerships\n- Lead the brand partnerships function with an autonomous framework and point of view to identify, pursue, and advocate for opportunities.\n- Pipeline development: Build a pipeline of co-marketing partnerships with wellness, fitness, lifestyle, and media brands using your network and knowledge.\n- End-to-end ownership: Own outreach, pitches, negotiation, contracting, campaign execution, and reporting.\n- Strategic pipeline: Maintain a partnership pipeline with the goal of long-term brand equity and awareness.\n- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Brand, Social, and Retail teams to integrate partnerships into broader marketing initiatives.\n- KPIs and learnings: Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and learnings to optimize the program.\n- Trend scouting: Stay ahead of cultural trends and new partnership models for creative opportunities.
