Job Summary

Own the voice of the customer and product launch playbook for limited editions, leading cross-functional workstreams from ideation to GTM while shaping the roadmap and enabling Sales with compelling value messaging.

  • Lead new product launches, messaging, and customer-driven requirements with Engineering, Design, and Marketing alignment.
  • Coordinate cross-functional partnerships, user research, and market-trend monitoring to inform the product roadmap and partner strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for demonstrating commitment to and leadership of environmental health and safety principles, policies and procedures.
  • Act as project manager and co-creative lead to manage the ideation, development, production, and Go-To-Market Strategy for limited edition products and packages including special make ups, bundles, Limited Series and Signature Series.
  • Develop and manage cross-functional relationships and collaborations with endemic brands, influencers, and non-endemic partners.
  • Play a leading role in the development and execution of the company’s new product roadmap.
  • As an active participant of the New Product Development Team, the Product Marketing Strategist will represent the “voice of the customer” by identifying and defining customer requirements for new products.
  • Conduct customer research to identify customer pain points and problems
  • Monitor market dynamics to identify trending products and brands
  • This position will work very closely with Engineering leadership, Product Development Design Managers, and key Operations, Sales & Marketing personnel.
  • Communicate the value of new products and services to the organization
  • Help train Sales and Marketing on communicating value proposition/positioning of new products

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing with 4-7 years of experience in marketing, product development, and new product research or a combination of related experience, education and/or training to sufficiently and successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
  • Successful track record of launching new products & services within the firearms industry is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
