Job Summary

Own the design and rollout of an AI-forward competitive intelligence program that translates market signals into scalable insights, a repeatable synthesis process, and a fast-access internal hub for field teams.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Build a scalable CI framework and repeatable synthesis process for competitive insights.
  • Content Engine: Modernize competitive content and messaging for internal enablement and field readiness.
  • Knowledge Hub: Deliver an internal hub with quick access to insights and resources for sales, solution consulting, customer success, and partners.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The launch of a new AI-centric framework for competitive intelligence assets
  • The first wave of modernized competitive content and messaging for internal teams
  • A new internal hub where field teams can quickly find key competitive insights and resources
  • In this role, you will help modernize Nexthink’s competitive intelligence program by creating a scalable, repeatable, and AI-forward structure for gathering, synthesizing, and distributing competitive insights.
  • You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, solution consulting, customer success, and partner teams to understand how competitive conversations happen in the market, what information teams need most, and how Nexthink can continue to strengthen its positioning.

Requirements

  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, concise messaging
  • Curious about customers, competitors, and market trends, with an interest in research and insight gathering
  • Ability to synthesize findings into practical recommendations and useful enablement assets for field teams
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret information, identify patterns, and draw clear conclusions
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Interest in AI-enabled tools and modern workflows for research, content development, and knowledge sharing
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude, sound judgment, and eagerness to learn
