Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Brand & Reputation Management: Promote the laboratory’s culture of quality and excellence through campaigns that highlight clinical accuracy, patient safety, and innovative testing solutions.
  • Affiliate Engagement: Collaborate with clinical partners to develop marketing programs, educational materials, and resources that support adoption and utilization of laboratory services.
  • Patient-Facing Marketing: Create compelling content and assets (digital and print) that explain testing options, benefits, and results to patients, enhancing patient understanding and trust.
  • Digital Marketing & Online Presence: Manage the laboratory’s website, social media, and other digital platforms to maintain relevance, drive engagement, and support patient education.
  • Content Creation: Develop marketing collateral including brochures, newsletters, case studies, videos, presentations, and infographics that reinforce our lab’s value proposition.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track marketing initiatives, monitor engagement metrics, and provide actionable insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with clinical teams, lab staff, and corporate marketing to align messaging and initiatives with overall organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, with a preference for laboratory or clinical services experience.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, patient privacy, and ethical marketing practices.
  • Proven ability to create engaging content for both professional and patient audiences.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, website CMS, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
