Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital strategies to drive omni-channel customer acquisition and retention.
  • Manage paid media campaigns across social, search, and display networks to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, platforms, and strategic partners.
  • Manage and streamline digital marketing asset production; email, display, paid social ads and affiliate content.
  • Partner with Ecommerce Manager to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Ensure data integrity across platforms and vendors.
  • Constantly seek optimization opportunities through creative, copy and landing page analysis.
  • Communicate performance results and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Plan and oversee execution of digital marketing calendar, including email, SMS, and paid media.
  • Devise and execute A/B tests, manage the testing calendar, record results, and advise on improvements. Testing includes subject lines, message content, CTAs, segmentation, send time, and new features intended to drive performance lift.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of related experience preferred.
  • Experience managing successful paid media campaigns and digital growth initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; high-level competence in Excel required.
  • Strong creative and critical thinking to problem-solve, as needed.
  • Exceptional follow-through with attention to detail/a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partners.
