Job Summary

Own creator discovery and end-to-end partnerships for AI-focused influencer campaigns that move from discovery to contract, seeding, and performance review.

  • Talent Sourcing & Vetting: identify aligned creators and build a pipeline for ongoing collaboration.
  • Outreach & Negotiation: drive outreach, rate talks, and finalize deals with creators.
  • Campaign Execution & Tracking: coordinate seeding, briefs, deadlines, and monitor ROI, reach, and engagement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing & Vetting: Discover, evaluate, and recruit emerging creators and influencers who align with the brand's aesthetic and target audience.
  • Outreach & Negotiation: Manage end-to-end communication, negotiate rates or product exchanges, and finalize collaboration contracts.
  • Campaign Execution: Coordinate product mailings (seeding), track content deadlines, and ensure creators receive brand briefs and guidelines.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign metrics (ROI, reach, engagement rates, and conversions) using social platforms and influencer software.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture long-term partnerships with creators and maintain a healthy, active talent database.
  • Trendspotting: Stay ahead of social media algorithm changes, viral content trends, and emerging creator niches.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, talent/partnerships or a closely related field.
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills — you can build rapport quickly and represent the brand with creators.
  • Comfort with negotiation and managing multiple collaborations and deadlines at once.
  • Fluency across major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and a sharp eye for what's trending and why.
  • Analytical mindset — you're comfortable reading campaign metrics and using them to inform decisions.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • A genuine interest in learning about AI and how emerging tools can improve creator discovery, outreach, content workflows, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with influencer marketing platforms or CRM tools (e.g., [GRIN, CreatorIQ, Aspire, or similar]).
  • Familiarity with contract basics, FTC disclosure guidelines, and creator licensing.
