Job Description
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and social media in a friendly, professional manner
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers as needed
- Manage and update digital platforms, including social media pages and online listings
- Assist with online marketing efforts such as promotions, reviews, and basic content creation
- Monitor and respond to online reviews to maintain a positive brand image
- Coordinate with technicians and office staff to ensure smooth customer experiences
- Maintain accurate customer records and service details
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using social media, email, and basic digital marketing tools
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with basic computer skills (CRM systems a plus)
- Prior experience in customer service, marketing, or administrative roles preferred
- Experience in home services or trades is a plus—but not required
