Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and social media in a friendly, professional manner
• Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers as needed
• Manage and update digital platforms, including social media pages and online listings
• Assist with online marketing efforts such as promotions, reviews, and basic content creation
• Monitor and respond to online reviews to maintain a positive brand image
• Coordinate with technicians and office staff to ensure smooth customer experiences
• Maintain accurate customer records and service details

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using social media, email, and basic digital marketing tools
• Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills (CRM systems a plus)
• Prior experience in customer service, marketing, or administrative roles preferred
