Job Description

Responsibilities

  • As our Account Director, you will play a critical role in making & delivering world class solutions that drive client and agency success as part of an integrated #oneteam model.
  • You will lead global event client teams, serving as a strategic advisor and hands-on leader for Olympic & Paralympic programs, who translates client objectives into effective strategies and hospitality and experiential executions.

Requirements

  • Account Leadership. You have proven experience in effectively managing client relationships. You will develop and maintain strong professional relationships with senior client decision-makers through strategic counsel and consistent communication. You will act as a liaison between our clients and the agency, ensuring that briefings are clear, expectations are aligned, and both parties move forward on the same page. You will conduct regular strategic check-ins with clients to review relationship health, celebrate the wins we've achieved together, and address any concerns before they become obstacles.
  • Olympic and Paralympic Hospitality. You have previous experience in leading and managing Olympic and Paralympic hospitality and brand experiences, with experience activating complex, high-touch experiences. You will develop and present compelling client-facing proposals and presentations that tell clear, persuasive stories and demonstrate the agency’s value. You will also track the implementation and success of hospitality programs and experiences, providing clients with regular updates and performance metrics.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration . You will lead and mentor cross functional teams providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and meaningful career development opportunities. You'll communicate expectations and deliverables with clarity while fostering a collaborative, results-oriented team culture that drives accountability across all workstreams.
  • Relationship Management . You will build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with marketing leadership and key decision-makers. You'll skillfully manage relationships with event properties, venues, hospitality providers, and vendors while gathering client feedback, identifying pain points, and iterating on strategy to continuously optimize outcomes.
  • Growth Leadership . You will contribute to the development and execution of growth strategies that expand existing client relationships and unlock new business opportunities. You will identify new growth opportunities by conducting thoughtful analysis of client business fundamentals, including their KPIs, strategic priorities, competitive challenges, and broader industry trends. You will actively lead and participate in new business pitches when the opportunity arises, bringing your expertise, perspective, and passion to every presentation.
  • Communication . You will deliver clear, persuasive, and appropriate communications, both written and verbal, tailored to the unique needs of various stakeholders and situations. You will lead meetings with intention and purpose, taking ownership of understanding communication needs, gathering critical information, and providing thoughtful, constructive feedback. You’re able to easily translate complex information into concise, actionable messages that can be easily understood across different organizational levels.
