Trainee Marketing and Management Assistant

Responsibilities

• Represent our clients through offline, face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns.
• Speak directly with customers to introduce and promote the products and services being represented.
• Develop knowledge of the products, services, clients, and campaigns you work on.
• Support customer acquisition and sales activities.
• Build professional relationships with customers through clear and confident communication.
• Follow campaign guidelines and represent clients professionally.
• Work towards individual and team campaign objectives.
• Learn how campaigns are planned, delivered, and managed.
• Support experienced team members with day-to-day campaign activity.
• As your experience develops, gain exposure to team coordination and additional campaign responsibilities.

• Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, events, promotions, or marketing is helpful but not required.
